With Aramark’s rapid growth and increase in clientele in recent years, they asked ICON to investigate the company’s facilities management business, analyze historic database, and provide concrete suggestions to eliminate inefficiencies.

What We Did?

ICON accessed Aramark’s historic database and examined all work items of select universities. The team analyzed the database and incorporated external factors to their analysis. Combining research on local regulations and on-location studies.

Resolution

ICON delivered sets of optimization strategies, each tailored to specific universities and categories. Additionally, ICON provided PR strategies for rollout of public-facing changes in order to improve the company’s public image.
