Spoleto is a Brazilian multinational restaurant network that combines the concept of fast food with Italian cuisine. There are already more than 350 restaurants in all of Brazil and 5 restaurants in the US.

While the fast-food chain restaurant, Spoleto, found large success in Brazil, they still have hopes to expand their marketing outreach. Therefore, Spoleto asked ICON to define the best business model and marketing tactics to increase their brand recognition and presence by studying international practices and success cases.

What We Did?

ICON researched the restaurant franchise industry both in Brazil and internationally, after a thorough analysis of the client’s past and current operating processes and marketing efforts. The team identified Spoleto’s target audience and used these profiles to create a detailed marketing approach.

Resolution

ICON provided a series of recommendations and actionable plans, including in-store and online campaigns, towards implementation. In addition to various simulations and demos backing up the team’s claims. The team also provided tools to monitor changes and measure results of newly implemented strategies.
