EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF ICON

Graziela Fusaro is the Founder and Executive Director for ICON and Director of the Center for Innovation at Adelphi University.

Graziela is from Brazil and a former partner on an Investment Banking advisory firm in that country. Her main career was mostly built in consulting and M&A. She holds a MBA from the University of Illinois and a bachelor degree in Business Administration from FUMEC in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She started her career as an auditor at PriceWaterhouse Coopers and then moved into commercial banking. Upon graduation from the MBA she worked as a consultant for AT Kearney where she engaged in various projects in Brazil and abroad. After several years of work experience, she joined Araújo Fontes as the only female partner at the firm. She was responsible for several M&A transactions and consulting projects in Brazil, Latin America, US and Europe.

Graziela is a mother of three: Ana, Manuela, and Lucas; and is married to Bruno Fusaro for twenty-three years. She enjoys sports and is a marathon runner.
